Refund and Return Policy

QROS — Return & Refund Policy

Because Qros is a SaaS platform (no physical goods), this policy governs subscription refunds and cancellations.


I. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only under limited conditions, such as:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges

  • Activation failures caused by us

  • Cancellation during a free trial period (if offered)

Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the payment date, with proof of payment and claim details.


II. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You used the service beyond 7 days

  • Issues arise from your own configuration, usage, or third-party integrations

  • You simply wish to stop using the service (change of mind)

  • Renewal payments after cancellation deadline


III. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription any time from your Qros dashboard.
 The account remains active till the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refund for unused time.
